We are currently recruiting for Banking Support Workers to join our Support Services Team!​Contract Type: Banking  Working Hours: Day & Night Shifts, 8.00am – 8.00pm / 8:00pm – 8:00am, as and when required Pay Rates: £13.50 – £16.50 per hour  Location: Belfast ​ Job Summary: ​  Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide essential housing related support to individuals, empowering them to lead independent and fulfilling lives ​ Key Responsibilities: ​ Support clients in developing independent living skills and maintaining stable tenancies. Assist in assessing needs and risks, helping clients set and achieve goals. Monitor and record client progress, ensuring they receive the best support. Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals to deliver tailored support.
