Evolve Academy has celebrated the successful completion of another programme supporting female entrepreneurs to build their confidence, strengthen their businesses and develop meaningful connections with other women in business.

This year’s programme brought together an ambitious group of female founders and businesswomen, creating a supportive environment where participants could share their experiences, learn from one another and access practical guidance as they developed their businesses.

The Academy launched at DCU Business School, with a programme of guest speakers who shared their experience and encouraged participants to think differently about both their businesses and their own potential.

With the continued support of LEO Dublin, participants were given the opportunity to develop their ideas while becoming part of a community built around openness, encouragement and shared ambition.

Ngozi Murphy wins the Evolve Live Pitch

The programme culminated in the Evolve Live Pitch Event, hosted by AIB, where participants had the opportunity to present their businesses and receive feedback from an experienced judging panel.

This year’s winner was Ngozi Murphy, founder of HouseOfAbia.

Reflecting on her experience, Ngozi spoke about the confidence Evolve had given her and the value of being part of an environment where she could openly discuss the realities of running a business, ask for help and receive constructive feedback without judgement.

Just as importantly, she highlighted the friendships and connections she has made with other women through the Academy, a network of businesswomen who understand the challenges of entrepreneurship and actively support one another.

Her experience captures much of what Evolve Academy was created to achieve: not simply providing business knowledge, but giving women the confidence, community and support to recognise the value of what they are building and take their next steps with greater belief in themselves.

Tarasis Enterprises extends its thanks to DCU Business School, LEO Dublin and AIB, alongside the guest speakers, Live Pitch judging panel and everyone who contributed their time and expertise throughout this year’s programme.

Evolve is made possible through collaboration, shared ambition and a commitment to supporting women in business. We are incredibly proud of this year’s participants and look forward to seeing where their businesses take them next.
